GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  1. General  These terms of sale apply to all orders and agreements for the sale of products by D.A.M BV (Seller).  These terms exclude the application of any other terms unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by a Customer with a managing director of the Seller. By visiting or using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please cease using this site.  2. Prices  The amount stated in the order confirmation email is a net amount, including VAT, taxes, and insured shipping. Discount and bank charges are at the buyer's expense unless expressly agreed otherwise between the parties. Prices advertised on this site apply only to internet orders and may differ from prices in catalogs, in the Seller's store, or from prices used in your area. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, any offer from the Seller is valid only for the stated duration of the promotion. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, as well as the right to restrict sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers. We are not liable for any typographical or photographic errors.  3. Payment Terms  All orders must be paid within 30 days of the order confirmation email. Goods will only be delivered after payment has been received into the Seller's account. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of late payment. The Seller retains full and unrestricted ownership of the items until the entire payment due has been received.  4. Delivery  Delivery dates and times are always indicative only. The Seller is not liable for deviations from these and this never gives the customer the right to cancel the agreement or to claim compensation unless expressly agreed with the Seller. The Seller is liable for loss, delay, or damage during transport of items. Each shipment is either delivered personally by an employee of the seller or sent by insured mail. The customer is deemed to have accepted the items satisfactorily if no notification, written or by email, has been sent to the Seller within 14 calendar days after delivery and within 14 days for customers acting in the course of their profession or business. The Seller has the right to investigate the complaint. 5. Returns  The product - undamaged and in good condition - must be returned to D.A.M BV no later than 14 days after termination of the agreement. The purchase price will be refunded by D.A.M BV to the buyer within 14 days of the buyer's notification that they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.  6. Warranties  Complaints regarding the quality or defective operation of the item must be brought to the attention of the Seller no later than eight days after the defect has occurred. No warranty claim can be made in case of incorrect or improper use of the items.  7. Website  The content of this site may not be displayed, photocopied, or reproduced in any way without prior written permission from the Seller.  8. Jurisdiction  In case of dispute, only the courts of Hasselt shall have jurisdiction.  9.
